If you have various destinations in mind you now have time to analyze each program and choose a destination. | Step 3: Invite Parents & Learners to the presentation evening (Information session)
Invite parents & learners to a comprehensive, no-obligation tour presentation at your premises. This will be to publicize the possibility of a tour and get an early indication of interest! Trendsetter will be happy to provide you with a standard presentation invitation letter to send to the parents (available on request).
Step 4: We do the presentation
We explain the tour logistics and use multimedia to get buy-in from the parents and create excitement amongst the learners or players. Step 5: Get approval for the tour
Trendsetters Travel makes it easy to win approval for the tour. We would even suggest that you invite the chair person of the school board to attend the presentation and see for themselves. We can further assist with materials to help explain the program and concept to the school board and other administrators to obtain the necessary approval.
Step 6: Book your group
Let your Trendsetters consultant know that you want to book your tour with us. Confirm tour dates, the exact itinerary and sign the contract.
Step 7: Generate Excitement
